OrderNº 1, Nº 2, …
To take one, the browser proves the account has a ledger and when it opened. The program hands out the next number, recording a tag derived from the account's key (it can't be matched to any note) and the opening date. The fee is paid from shielded SOL.
Each account takes one, in sequence. Its Proofs accumulate into a public Record, and the board orders numbers by their latest Proof.
